“Canvassing for Beginners” with NJDEMS

Join us for a canvass in Mount Arlington to talk with your neighbors about the stronger and fairer New Jersey Democrats up and down the ballot are fighting for.

This campaign is about moving New Jersey forward, not backward. We are engaging residents and growing a coalition of supporters who believe in the progress we’ve made to rebuild New Jersey from the middle out and the bottom up — putting working and middle-class families first.  

Trainings occur at the start of every meeting!

What to bring:

• Charged phone
• Comfortable shoes
• Water bottle (I always provide water, but good to bring your own!)

What to expect:

• Training 1st half hour- Going over script, literature, phone app, best practices, and answering questions (you will all be very prepared before we head out).
• Walking/knocking next hour and a half to two hours
