7:00: Molly Riley, Water Quality Coordinator NCLCV will kickoff the meeting and talk about NJLCV stormwater program and Flood defense coalition work
7:05: Bill Kibler, Policy Director at Raritan Headwaters will give an introduction to local water quality concerns and talk about the science behind Harmful Algal Blooms.
7:20: Julia Somers, Director at NJ Highlands Coalition joins us to talk about the political lay of the land and importance of protecting the highlands precious water resources.
7:35: Lee Clark, Environmental Justice Policy Coordinator, NJLCV will cover Equity issues in NJ around stormwater pollution and management
