SUMMARY:Adrian Ballesteros: Engaging Young Voters
DESCRIPTION:The Mount Arlington Democrats will welcome Adrian Ballesteros. He will speak about engaging young voters in 2022.  \n\n\n\nAdrian Ballesteros is a Marketing Analyst and community leader. He brings his digital marketing expertise to companies adopting new technologies and capitalize on campaign data. He also has a background in field work and voter outreach in underserved communities.  \n\n\n\nAdrian is a two-term Alderman in the Town of Dover\, a working class community with a majority Hispanic/Latinx population that had historically seen little representation. He’s especially committed to increasing affordable housing opportunities\, expanding recreation programs\, and investing in small businesses so that everyone has a fair chance for success.  \n\n\n\nAdrian also mentors young progressives interested in becoming involved in politics.
