I have done some calling and found it to be easy and rewarding. Hopefully it will help elect Biden in November.
I used my computer’s thru-talk feature although you can also use your smartphone. There is a script that they suggest. I also stressed the importance of mailing in a request form for a mail in ballot as soon as possible, to people who want to vote by mail due to the epidemic.
Some people who do not live in a total mail-in-ballot state will not automatically get a mail-in-ballot unless they have requested one. In those states, mail in ballots are going to be mailed soon, so it is important that those people are contacted now. They need to know that they need to request a ballot in order to vote by mail.
